Curlyfied Chili
Ingredients:
2 pounds Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion - diced
28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
1 Tbs Garlic Powder or 2 cloves - chopped
¼ cup Curlyfied Creations BBQ Rub
1 oz dark chocolate (optional)
14-16 oz can kidney beans w/ juice
1 Jalapeño – diced (optional)
Directions:
Add beef to pan or pot and cook over medium heat until lightly brown.
Pour beef in strainer to drain excess fat.
Sauté the diced onion, garlic, and BBQ rub in the same pan until onion is tender.
Add the ground beef back into the pan and add the remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with crackers, rolls, or Curly’s favorite: Corn Bread.
Garnish with a spoonful of Curly’s Fire Alarm sauce.
Sprinkle with Chopped fresh Cilantro for an extra flavor burst!
Curlyfied Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:
2 pounds Ground Beef
1 small sweet onion - diced
28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cups ketchup
¼ cup Curlyfied Creations BBQ Rub
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
12 hamburger-style buns or rolls
Directions:
Add beef to skillet and cook, crumble, until lightly brown over med heat.
Pour beef in strainer to drain excess fat.
Saute the diced onion in the same pan.
Add the ground beef back into the pan.
Add the ketchup, spices, and tomatoes w/juice.
Cover and simmer for 17-20 minutes.
Serve on buns with your favorite side.
You may never buy another packet of sloppy Joe mix again!
Curlyfied Buffalo Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 pound softened cream cheese
3 Tbs sour cream
½ cup Curlyfied Creations Wing Sauce – you pick the heat
Directions:
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix on High Speed with hand mixer for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dippers.

Curlyfied Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
1 pound leftover chicken, coarsely diced
8 oz cream cheese - softened
4 oz sour cream
1 cup Curlyfied Creations "Just a bit of Heat" wing sauce
4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz crumbled bleu cheese
2 loaves French or Italian Bread-sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with sliced bread and let your guests spoon as they go.
No double dipping please.

Curlyfied Snappy Vegetable Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup Curlyfied Creations "Mild and Tasty" wing sauce
1 cup bleu cheese or ranch dressing
Directions:
Combine.
Chill.
Serve.

Curlyfied Sis’s Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable (or chicken) broth
1 cup green lentils
2 cloves garlic-mashed
3-4 whole green onions-sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried dill
3 Tbs Curlyfied Creations Wing Sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
2 medium carrots-diced
2 celery stalks-diced
1 medium potato-cubed
½ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
Begin with adding broth to the pot and setting heat to medium.
Add lentils, garlic, dried seasonings, carrots, celery, and potato.
Add the white parts of the green onion, reserving the green tops for later.
Simmer on low for approximately 45 minutes or until lentils are fully cooked.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Curlyfied Creations Wing Sauce.
Garnish with reserved green onions and parsley.
Savor the Flavor!
Curlyfied Buffalo Shrimp
Ingredients:
16-20 Extra large peeled and deveined raw shrimp (tails on)
Flour
Oil
Curlyfied Creations Wing Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oil to 350°.
Dredge Shrimp in flour to coat. (For best results, dredge shrimp 15-20 minutes before frying. The coating will stick better.)
Carefully place into the hot oil.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until Shrimp are done.
Drain.
Either toss in a bowl with your favorite Curlyfied Creations Wing Sauce or serve with the sauce on the side for dipping (the Curly Way).
A little celery and bleu cheese on the side adds a nice touch.
