2 pounds chicken pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce - Mild, Medium, or Hot.
1 cup seasoned flour or substitute 1 cup crumbled corn flakes to add extra crunch.
½ stick butter
Marinating bowl or bag

Place Chicken in marinating bowl or bag.
Add the buttermilk to ensure the chicken is evenly covered.
Add Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce.
Mix or shake well and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs or overnight.
Remove a piece of chicken and dredge in flour or corn flake crumbs.
Place on greased baking pan leaving a little space around each piece to ensure even browning.
Repeat for each of the remaining chicken pieces.
Bake at 375º for 1 hour.

Rub or Sprinkle on Chicken, Fish or Pork.

Chicken 165º, Pork 150º and Fish should be firm & flaky.
Another Curly Favorite: Take chicken wings rub them, then fry at 350º for 10 minutes
or until internal temp is at least 165º.

1 medium onion - diced
28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice

1 tsp granulated garlic powder

Curlyfyed Buffalo Cheese Dip
8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ Head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
2 oz Sliced Black Olives
2 oz Sour Cream for garnish
1 Tbs Taco seasoning
1 tsp chopped Cilantro
Large Serving Platter
Add Taco Seasoning to the Curlyfyed Buffalo Dip and then spread evenly around serving platter.
Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
Spread Lettuce evenly on top of the cheese.
Distribute diced tomatoes evenly on top of the Lettuce.
Sprinkle Olives decoratively on the top.
Place Sour Cream on the top in the center.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the whole thing.
Serve with crispy Tortilla Chips or with Soft Tortillas.

1 pound Green Beans, Corn, Carrots, Asparagus or any of your favorite veggies.
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 TBS butter or margarine
1½ tsp Curlyfyed Calypso Spice (or more to taste)

Add oil and butter to skillet.
Saute Veggies for 10 minutes or until heated through.

Cook for 12-14 minutes depending on desired crispiness or until internal temperature reaches above 165º.

Preheat grill or broiler to 400º.
Combine Meat, pepper, sauce, and bread crumbs being careful not to over-mix.
Form into 6-8 burger patties.
Cook beef to desired doneness: Well-done, Medium, Rare.
Cook chicken or turkey until fully cooked - about 35 minutes.
Turn burgers once to ensure even browning on both sides.
Top with bleu cheese while the burgers are still hot.
Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are nice compliments to your gourmet burgers.

8 oz bleu cheese crumbles
4 oz bread crumbs
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 egg (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix ground chicken/turkey with the egg, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper,
and ½ cup of your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce.
Spread mixture flat on a piece of plastic wrap.
Sprinkle the bleu cheese crumbles on the center area of the meat.
Roll it up into a loaf - removing the plastic/paper as you roll.
Be sure to seal the ends.
Put on a sheet or meatloaf pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
check the internal temperature to make sure it is 165º or higher.
Spread the rest of the sauce over the top and bake for an additional 15 mins.
Remove from oven and let cool for 20 mins.

Preheat oven to 300º.
Lightly brown your chicken wings in a pan.
Place the browned Chicken wings into the dutch oven.
Add the butter and 1 full bottle of Curlyfyed Creations Just a Bit of Heat! (Medium) Wing Sauce.
Mix well.
Place lid on the Dutch oven then bake in preheated oven for 1½ hours.
Take out and remove lid.
Let sit for 20 minutes then Enjoy!

Grill meat until done.

Grill an additional 60 seconds on each side.
1 minute on each side is all it takes to balance the flavors of the meat and sauce.

4 cups vegetable (or chicken) broth
1 Cup Green Lentils
2 cloves of fresh garlic, mashed
3-4 whole green onions, sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 medium size carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 medium potato, cubed

½ cup chopped fresh parsley for optional garnish.

Begin with adding broth to the pot and setting heat to medium.
Add lentils, garlic, dried seasonings, carrots, celery, and potato.
Add the white parts of the green onion, reserving the green tops for later.

1 Pound Shrimp P/D (Peeled & Deveined) Or
1 Pound Chicken Breast cut into ½ in. pieces or raw Unbreaded Chicken Tenders.
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 Lemon (juiced, but save peel.)
1 Cup Curlys Buffalo Garlic Sauce
Non-stick sauté pan
Measuring spoons
Measuring cup.
Mix all of the ingredients, even the lemon halves, in a non-stick sauté pan.
Sauté until the shrimp or chicken pieces are cooked.
(This takes about 8 mins for shrimp. Check for doneness if using chicken).
Serve over rice, pasta or just the way they are with an ice-cold beverage. Mmmm good!
8 oz Chicken Breast cut in ½ inch cubes
½ cup water
1 cup Curly's Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce.
OPTIONAL:
1 Lemon ( Juiced )
1 tbsp Cilantro.
Non-stick sauté pan
Measuring cup.
Poach the chicken in the water and when done drain.
Add the lemon, sauce and cilantro
sauté through for a minute. Voilà! done.
Serve over rice, pasta or my favorite way, on a crusty roll with Bleu Cheese Dressing.
