We are a small company working to provide you excellent products and services. We process and ship orders twice week.

Shipping
We ship all products on via USPS with delivery confirmation. Because we use the United States Postal Service, you can expect up 5-10 business days for product delivery. In most cases, products will arrive within 1 week. If you have more urgent delivery needs, please contact us directly and we will work with you to try to meet your needs.
Product Shipping and Handling Costs using USPS with delivery confirmation will vary depending upon the total order amount.

Shipping Policies
Our standard shipping method is USPS. For security reasons, Curly's Creations, LLC ships to street addresses only, not to PO boxes or similar addresses. All packages with a value higher than $100.00 require a signature. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers.
All orders will be shipped after credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. It takes 3-7 additional business days for the product to reach you or the recipient. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by email or phone and informed of the reason for the delay. We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States.

Tracking your order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order through the carrier at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel or change you Curly's Creations, LLC order for any reason, please contact us via email at: order-processing@curlyscreations.com. For fastest processing, please include your order number on all correspondences with us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.
If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, please see our Return Policy. Curly's Creations, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will gladly refund your money or replace damaged items on purchases made within the past 30 days as follows.
All returns must arrive in their original condition for a full refund. Merchandise must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original state.
Please contact us to coordinate the return shipment of the product as an authorization number is required. We require shipping insurance on all products returned to us. Please note, shipping fees and the cost associated with return of the product to us are non-refundable.
We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. If the returned item was a gift and the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued.

Problems with your order
An item is missing: Sometimes because of varying item availability, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
An order did not arrive: All orders are shipped with tracking options. You will be given a tracking number and you may track your shipment via the shipping carriers' web site or phone number. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
An item is damaged or defective: We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive does not meet with your expectations, simply return it to us. You will be refunded for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Processing your return usually takes 5-10 business days from the day we receive it. The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all returns. A Representative will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
